推行ISO9000国际标准:新世纪我国商业银行的战略选择

【摘要】 商业银行获得ISO90 0 0国际标准认证证书 ,是进入国际金融市场的一张“绿卡” ,也是树立银行形象的一块“金牌”。在目前形势和现有环境下 ,积极推行ISO90 0 0国际标准是新世纪我国商业银行的战略选择。

【Abstract】 Facts have proved that acquiring the ISO9000 certificate is a"green card"into the international financial market.At present,effective promotion of ISO9000 of Chinese commercial banks has become a must.In this paper,the author elaborates this strategic option from a fresh and realistic point of view.
