跨国公司对华直接投资的分析

【摘要】 分析了跨国公司对华直接投资的动因和目的以及现状 ,并面对跨国公司对华直接投资给中国经济带来的机遇和挑战 ,提出了一些积极的应对策略。

【Abstract】 Analyses the causes, the aims, the present situation of transnational corporations’ direct investment in China. According to the chance and challenge brought by their direct investment, the paper proposes some strategies to help domestic corporations use foreign capital properly.
