【摘要】 目的 :探讨硬膜转移瘤合并硬膜下血肿的临床特点。方法 :报告 1993年 3月至 1997年11月收治的硬膜转移瘤合并硬膜下血肿 2例 ,结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果 :2例“硬膜转移瘤合并硬膜下血肿”患者均无外伤史 ,1例有“胃癌”手术史 ,1例无肿瘤史。均以“慢性硬膜下血肿”行钻孔引流术 ,术后均出现复发性颅内血肿而作开颅血肿清除 ,开颅术中发现颅骨、硬膜转移瘤病灶并经病理证实。结论 :硬膜转移瘤合并硬膜下血肿具有易于漏诊及术后血肿复发倾向明显的特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical manifestations of the subdural hematoma due to dural metastasis.Methods:Two cases of subdural hematoma due to dural metastasis are presented Retrospectively study is done compared with literature.Results:Two patients without traumatic history were admitted because of chronic subdural hematoma.One had an operative history for"gastric carcinoma"while the other not.Both underwent burr hole irrigation therapy.After operation both accepted craniotomies for the removal of the hematoma due to recurrence.Metastatic foci on dura were detected and confirmed histologically post operation.Conclusions:Subdural hematoma due to dural metastasis is liable to recurrent and be misdiagnosed.更多还原
