【摘要】 目的 :探讨恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊治新法。方法 :回顾、分析了 8例患者的临床表现、实验室检查、特殊检查和其他诊断手段以及治疗方法。结果 :行B超、CT、腹水检查有阳性发现 ,有的以剖腹探查确诊。该 8例病人中只有 1例生存超过两年 ,余均在一年内死亡。结论 :目前恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊断尚无特异方法 ,腹水检查、腹腔镜活检有很大价值。治疗及预后与该病的生物学特性有关 ,组织病理呈局限型者预后较好 ,弥漫型则很差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the new methods of diagnosis and treatment for malignant peritoneum mesothlioma(MPM). Methods:8 cases about the clinical feature,lab checking special checking and other diagnosis procedures and the methods for treatment were retrospectedand analyzed. Results: B-ul trasonic, CT, the ascites were founded to be positive with quite a few cases. Several cases were earned to last diagnosis by abdominal incision and probing. For the 8 cases, Only one survived two years, the others were all dead in one year.Conclusion:There are no special diagnosis measures for MPM up to now.The ascites,laparoscope are valuable.The effect for remedy and prognosis has something to do with its biological character, the prognosis is a little better if the histopathology is localized, Yet the diffusion is dreadful.更多还原
