【摘要】 目的 :观察波依定的降压及减少尿白蛋白排泄量的疗效。方法 :高血压 2型糖尿病肾病35例 (男 18例 ,女 17例 )。采用波依定 5～ 10 mg po qdx4 wk。结果 :除血压下降外尚有尿白蛋白排泄量下降 ,有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,无严重不良反应。结论 :波依定除能有效降压外 ,尚能减少糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白的排泄量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:[WT5BZ]To observe the effects of Tab.Plendil on lowering Bp and reducing urinary albumin output.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]35 cases with hypertension (18 male,17 female) were administered Tab plendil 5mg P.O. qd x4wk.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]PatientsBp was lowered and urinary albumin output was lessened,the difference is significant (P<0.01) and without serious sideeffect.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Tab.plendil not only can lower Bp,but also can reduce the output of urinary albumin.
