新型间甲基取代杂萘联苯型聚芳酰胺的研制
Synthesis and properties of novel polyamides containing meta - methyl phthalazinone moieties
【摘要】 采用间甲基取代杂萘联苯型类双酚4-(2-甲基-4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮与对氯苯腈反应制得二腈化合物,进一步水解为二酸,以此新型二酸与三种二胺聚合制得的三种新型聚芳酰胺均具有较高的耐热性能,其玻璃化转变温度在287~317℃,且易溶于非质子极性溶剂中,聚合物的特性粘数为1.62~1.83 dL/g,拉伸强度为87~98 MPa,断裂伸长率为6.4%~8.4%,拉伸模量为0.7~1.3 GPa,表面电阻系数为1014Ω,体积电阻系数达1017Ω·cm。
【Abstract】 1,2- dihydro - 2 - (4 - carboxylphenyl) - 4 - [4- (4- carboxylphenonxyl) - 2 - methyl - phenyl] - ph-thalazin - 1 - one, a novel diacid monomer containing the phthalazinone moiety, was synthesized with the homemade bisphenol. The novel diacid and different aromatic diamines were used to synthesize polyamides by the Yamazaki method. The monomers and polymers were studied through Fourier transform infra - red spectroscopy, 1H - nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and the results showed that the structures of the monomers and polymers were in accordance with the author’ s molecular design. The polymers which are soluble in polar non -protonic solvents such as N, N’ - dimethyl acetamide and N - methyl pyrrolidone possessed inherent viscosity of 1.62 - 1.83 dl/g. The glass temperatures of the polyamides were all above 280℃. The properties of the aromatic polyamide films prepared by the thermal convection method were studied. The result showed that the films had tensile strength of 87- 98 MPa, elongation at break of 6.4% - 8.4% and tensile modulus of 0.7- 1.3 GPa. The order of the electrical resistivity was1014 -1017. The polyamides had combined the advantages of the excellent thermal property, solubility, mechanical property and electrical resistance property.
