聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产工艺特性研究
Study on Process of Polyacrylonitrile Precursors and Resulting Carbon Fibers
【摘要】 以丙烯酸 (AA)为第二共聚单体与丙烯腈 (AN)进行溶液聚合 ,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂 ,二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)作为溶剂合成聚丙烯腈 (PAN)原丝纺丝溶液。研究了单体浓度、引发剂的用量等对聚合反应的影响。探讨了聚丙烯腈原丝及其预氧丝、碳纤维制备的工艺过程 ,对纤维的结构和性能进行了 SEM和 TEM分析
【Abstract】 Free radical solution copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and acrylonitrile(AN) is carried out in DMSO at 60℃ using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The effect of monomer concentration, initiator, reaction time on copolymerization is studied. The process of preparing polyacrylonitrile precursors and their resulting preoxidized and carbon fibers was mainly introduced. In addition, the morphology of PAN precursors and resultant preoxidized fibers were characterized with SEM and TEM. It has been suggested that fine and closely microstructure should be preferential in the fibers which will result in high performance carbon fibers.
