红霉素肟合成反应研究
Studies on Synthesis of Erythromycin 9-Oxime
【摘要】 采用盐酸羟胺三乙胺乙酸体系将红霉素转化为红霉素肟 ,利用薄层色谱 ( TCL )及高效液相色谱法( HPLC)对反应结果进行纯度测定 ,重点考察了酸度对反应的影响。在最佳反应条件下红霉素肟的收率为97% ,纯度达 87.9%。
【Abstract】 A new system of HONH 2·HCl Et 3N acetic acid is introduced to synthesize erythromycin 9 oxime from erythromycin. Methods of TLC and HPLC are used to determine the product of reaction. The influece of quantity of acetic acid on the reaction is studied emphatically. Under the optimal conditions 97% yield of erythromycin 9 oxime is obtained with 87.9% purity.
