【摘要】 目的　中药消毒栓是由千里光、蛇床子、蟾酥等中草药制备而成的阴道用消毒栓 ,该项研究对其消毒和杀精避孕功能等进行测定 ,以确定其功效。方法　采用卫生部和WHO所推荐的标准杀菌试验、皮肤和阴道刺激试验和杀精试验方法进行测定。结果　该栓剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 5min ,对白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌作用 3min ,其灭菌率均可达 10 0 % ;皮肤刺激试验无红肿反应 ;阴道刺激试验在正常可接受范围内 ;与精子作用 2min ,其杀精率达 10 0 %。结论　该消毒栓的杀菌杀精效果良好 ;对皮肤和阴道粘膜无刺激作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This disinfectant suppository made from Chinese herbal medicine consists of extracts of herbal senecionis scandentis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,styrax,fructus cnidii,venenum bufonis and so on.Its color is light brown and its pH is 6～6.5.Purpose:To confirm if this disinfectant is good enough for clinic use,its germicidal efficacy,stability,irritation to skin and vaginal mucous membrane and spermicidal efficacy were observed in laboratory.Methods The experiments of germicidal efficacy and irritation to skin were carried out according to the standard methods stipulated by Chinese Health Department.The experiment of irritation to vaginal mucous membrane was carried out according to the methods established by Eckstein;the experiment of spermicidal efficacy was carried out according to the methods established by Sander Cramer,which were recommended by WHO.Results The rate of killing Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was 100% when bacteria were exposed to the disinfectant for 3 min,and the rate of killing Staphylococcus aureus was 100% when bacteria were exposed to the disinfectant for 5 min.No red and swollen were observed in the experiment of irritation to skin.The experiment of irritation to vaginae was conducted within normal and acceptable range.The rate of spermicidal efficacy reached 100% when sperm was incubated with the disinfectant suppository for 2 min.Conclusion The disinfectant suppository had spermicidal efficacy besides germicidal efficacy.It had no irritation to skin and vaginal mucous membrane and no change of its germicidal efficacy after it was stored at room temperature for 6 months.更多还原
