河北坝上地区土地沙化成因分析及对策研究——以丰宁、沽源、张北3县为例

【摘要】 通过对坝上高原沙化严重地区的实地调查与资料分析 ,介绍了该地区沙化现状 ,分析了该地区沙化的自然原因及人为原因 ,提出了保护林地草原、治理沙化土地、调整农业结构、加强立法管理、提高群众素质等防沙治漠对策

【Abstract】 By on the spot investigating and analyzing the data of Bashang Plateau,this paper describes the present desertification,analyzes the contributing factor from nature and mankind,puts forward sand prevent and sand control countermeasures as protects woodlands and grassland,harnesses desertificating land,adjusts agricultural structure,tightens up the legislation and management,enhances the mass quality,etc.
