【摘要】 以强力生根剂、IBA、IBA +硼砂、NAA、NAA +IBA等药剂处理巨峰葡萄插条。结果表明 ,各种药剂对插条生根都有一定促进效果。以强力生根剂效果最佳 ,生根率 60 .8% ,单株插条生根数 8.0 7根 ,极显著高于对照 (清水 )。其次IBA和IBA +硼砂的效果也较好 ,生根率分别为 47.9%和 46.9% ,显著高于对照。各种药剂对插条生根长度没有显著影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Treating some cuttings of ’Kyoho’ grapes with Qiangli root promoting medicine,IBA,IBA+borax,NAA,NAA+IBA etc.,as a result , it was found that every medicine had certain effect on promoting the rooting of these cuttings. But , the effect with Qiangli root promoting medicine was the best with rooting rate at 60.8% and root amount of the cuttings of single plant at 8.07 roots, which was very significantly higher than the contrast’s (water).Secondly ,the effect with IBA and IBA+borax was also better, the respective rooting rate :47.9% and 46.9%,which was significantly higher than the contrast’s .These medicines had no apparent impact on the length of the cutting’s root.更多还原
