复合稀土Al2O3/沸石分子筛催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯

【摘要】 用复合稀土AI2 O3/沸石分子筛催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ,实验结果表明 ,该催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性 ,在优化反应条件下 ,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的产率为 96 .6 %。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of dibutyl-1,2-phthalate ester with reolite supported rare earth aluminium oxide as catalyst was studied .Experimental results showed that the catalyst had good activity and high selectivity for the esterrification of phthalic acid anhydride with 1-butanol .Under the optimum synthetic conditions,the yield rate of dibutyl-1,2-phthalate ester was 96.6%.
