【摘要】 本文介绍了知识经济时代知识管理在企业中的重要地位及知识管理的科学内涵,就企业如何认识知识管理、如何实施知识管理提出了建议。

【Abstract】 This thesis emphasizes the importance and the scientific connotations of knowledge management for enterprises in the age of knowledge economy, and puts forward suggestions on how Chinese enterprises should understand and carry out knowledge management.
