【摘要】 本文从优劣势两方面入手，深入分析了入世给我国对外贸易发展带来的机遇和挑战，提出了新世纪 我国应对ＷＴＯ的对外贸易发展战略。

【Abstract】 By discussing the advantages and disadvantages after China’ a entrance into the WTO, this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges facing China in the field of foreign trade and elaborates the development strategies which China is going to take.
