【摘要】 目的　应用生产系统反求技术及模糊理论研究濒临报废的整条生产线更换某些关键部位即可使生产线恢复正常生产 .方法　提出并采用了一个新的概念和方法生产系统反求 .结果　该项技术已应用于某厂引进的复杂型材辊弯生产线的反求 ,使已报废的两条生产线生产出合格产品 ,目前用自行研制的系统重新设计并制造了两条生产线 ,一次创效益上千万元 .结论　生产系统反求这一新的理念可推广应用到变批量生产快速响应的各个领域更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim\ The reversing design on the whole of production line under fuzzy theory is going on in this paper, which enable the producton line go through properly by renewing some key parts. Methods\ Reversing of production system is presented in this paper. Results\ This technology has been used to the reversing of the production line which is imported to roll some kinds of complicated shape steel, and it makes good product produced on the production line which had been spoiled. Two new production lines have been designed under the self developed reverse system and they make the profits of several millions RMB. Conclusion\ The new concept, Revering of Production System, could be applied to various fields of quick response of variable batch production.更多还原
