【摘要】 项目评价是项目立项前的一项重要工作。水电企业每年为更新改造都要投入大量的资金,如何做好更新改造项目立项前的评价工作,对于提高企业的竞争力,促进企业发展有着重要的影响。在研究水电企业更新改造项目特点的基础上,建立了评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价法建立了相应的数学模型和排序系统,并在应用中取得了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to conduct updating and altering of hydropower project, the proprietor must spend a large number of cost for project’ s pre-evaluation before construction annually. Hence, it can be seen that the job of evaluation is very important and is certain to influence the competitive capacity and development of the proprietor. On the basis of analysing the characters of the project, an index system and evaluation model based on fuzzy synthetical evaluation are presented. This model has achieved good result in practice.更多还原
