【摘要】 片仔癀润喉片 1 0 g、2 0 g和 40 g· kg- 1 3个剂量 ,一次灌胃给药 ,对小鼠酚红祛痰试验 ,大鼠毛细管排痰量法、小鼠氨水引咳和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳等试验 ,结果证明该药有明显的祛痰、镇咳作用 ,且对 DNFB诱发的迟发型变态有抑制作用。试验结果为该药品临床用于治疗急性咽炎提供了药效学试验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dosages of Pianzihuang Runhou Pian 10g,20g and 40g·kg -1 were respectively given to mice, rats and guinea pigs with once intergastric administration of drug, and then experiments on expectorant by mice phenol red test ,experiments on expectorant by rats capillaries length test, experiments on the cough of mice caused by ammonia solution and the guinea pigs caused by citric acid solution were done with this method, the result shows that the drug has great effects on expectorant and antitussive and on inhibitive effect on delayed-type hyperse nsitivity caused by DNFB as well. The experimental result provides evidence of pharmacological effects on clinically therpeutics acute pharyngitis.更多还原
