【摘要】 目的探讨二甲双胍对伴高脂血症的 2型糖尿病患者血脂的影响。方法将 6 0例伴高脂血症的 2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组 ,试验组 (n =30 )服用二甲双胍加优降糖 ,对照组 (n =30 )单用优降糖 ,治疗半年。结果在血糖控制满意的情况下 ,试验组治疗后TC、TG、LDL -C较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 0 0 1) ,HDL -C较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而对照组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL -C、HDL -C变化不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论二甲双胍可改善 2型糖尿病患者的血脂代谢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of Metformin on the lipid-metabolism of the patients with DM2.Methods 60 objects were randomly divided into two groups that test group (30) involved in patients with Metformin and Glibenclamide, control group (30) with Glibenciamide alone. The patients were studied for 6 months . Results After 6 months’ treatment, two groups’ fasting plasma glucose were normalized, the test groups TC,TG,LDL-C value were significantly lower than before treated(P<0.001),test groups HDL-C value were significantly higher than before treated(P<0.005),control groups TC,TG LDL-C,HDL-C were similar between before and after treated.Conclusion Metformin can improve the lipid metabolism of the patients with DM2.更多还原
