【摘要】 目的为降低新生儿死亡率 ,探讨新生儿死亡原因。方法对 10 1例死亡新生儿进行尸检。结果在新生儿死因及尸检结果密切相关因素中 ,出生时间越短 ,胎龄越早 ,体重越轻 ,死亡率越高。结论提倡尸检 ,以明确新生儿死因 ,减少误诊。更多还原
