【摘要】 目的 :探讨临床对氟乙酰胺中毒的有效救治方法。方法 :回顾分析 2 2例氟乙酰胺中毒患者临床表现及救治过程。结果 :全部病例均出现不同程度抽搐、恶心、头晕。部分病例白细胞增高 ,心肌酶学改变 ,心电图异常。采取停留胃管反复洗胃 ,及时将胃内容物进行毒物检测可确诊。应用特效解毒剂解氟灵。对抽搐患者静脉应用安定或复方冬眠灵。有心肌损害应用果糖二磷酸钠、极化液。并进行利尿导泻以促进毒物排泄。注意综合性治疗 ,防治可能发生的并发症。 2 1例患者临床症状消失 ,血清复查无氟乙酰胺成分检出。结论 :抽搐、恶心是氟乙酰胺中毒的共同表现 ,彻底洗胃、应用解氟灵及有效对症治疗可收到良好治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the treatment of flutritex poisoning. Methods: 22 cases of flutritex poisoning were included in a retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation and treatment. Results: Convulsions,nausea and dizziness were found in all patents. Leucocytes increase,changes of myocardial zymetology and abnormal electrocardiogram were found in some patients. Repeated gastrolavage was conducted and a specific antidote,Jie Fu Ling was applied. Intravenous administration of diazepam or compound wintermin was given to those with convulsions.For patients with myocardial damages,sodium fructosediphosphate and polarized solution were applied. Comprehensive treatment was taken to prevent possible complications. 21 cases were cured. Conclusion: Convulsions and nausea were common manifestations in flutritex poisoning. Completed gastrolavage,application of Jie Fu Ling and treatments according to the symptoms are effective.更多还原
