白藜芦醇在酒类中的应用展望
The application prospect of Resveraltrol on alcoholic food
【摘要】 简要介绍了植物次生代谢物质—白藜芦醇的重要生理活性，着重探讨其在酒类中的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The significant physiofogicat activity of Resveratrol,Which is a product of plant secondary metabolism,have been summarized briefly in this paper, and emphasis is put on its application prospect on alcoholic food.
