【Abstract】 The management of personal files on staff members at universities and colleges is very important, which can provide necessary information for a right selection of cadres , and for promoting teachers to higher professional positions. Many problems relating to keeping on files personal records and their management have not been satisfactorily solved, thus causing losses to practical work. Therefore it is imperative to improve the management of personal files on staff members at universities and colleges.更多还原
