【摘要】 本文在分析ＭＩＳ重要性的基础上，对企业建立ＭＩＳ的基本条件、开发方式及信息管理策略等若干问题进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Analysing the importances of management information system, the author discusses the essential conditions, the forms of development and the tactics of infomation management on the construction of management information system in enterprises.
