【摘要】 目的 :探讨哮喘儿童与正常儿童在行为方面的差异。方法 :根据病例对照原则 ,采用Achenbach儿童行为调查表对 84名哮喘儿童及 84名正常对照儿童的行为问题进行了研究。结果 :哮喘儿童行为问题总检出率显著高于对照组 ,哮喘的不同程度、患儿不同性别其行为问题不完全相同 ,哮喘的严重程度对患儿的行为影响较大 ,学习成绩、家庭及父母的婚姻关系、母孕期疾病对行为问题也有影响。结论 :哮喘儿童易出现行为问题 ,提示心理行为干预治疗可预防和矫治不良行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the differences in behaviors between asthmatic and nonasthmatic children .Methods: Behaviors were investigated in 84 children with asthma and 84 healthy children using Achenbach. Results: Behavioral problems were more prevalent in asthmatic than nonasthmatic children and were different in asthmatic children of different severity and gender. The main significant risk factors associated with behavioral problems of asthmatic children consisted of the severity, learning ability, family harmony, and maternal diseases in pregnancy.Conclusion: Asthma contributes to the development of behavioral problems, and psychological intervention in children with asthma exerts a great positive effect on minimizing the bad behaviors.更多还原
