【Abstract】 One alkalecent ion exchange resin was used for the improvement of extracting glutamine from broth and the pure crystal of glutamine according with the quality standard was obtained. Factors such as solution pH, concentration of glutamic acid in solution and the velocity of solution passing through resin were studied. Under the optimum condition of separating glutamine from broth by alkalecent ion exchange resin the recovery rate of glutamine could reach 57.7%～61.7%.更多还原
