石墨化电炉炉芯温度分布
Temperature Distribution in Graphitizing Resistance Furnace
【摘要】 对石墨化电阻炉内的炉芯温度分布进行了计算。根据格林函数建立了石墨化炉炉芯温度分布的数学模型 ,通过对该模型的分析求解得出了炉芯温度分布的三维温度场的表达式。该表达式的确立 ,为控制炉温实现以最佳升温速度进行生产 ,以及实现石墨化炉的自动控制奠定了基础
【Abstract】 The article researches into the temperature calculation in graphitizing resistance furnace. Based on Green′s function, a mathematical model for three dimentional heat conduction in graphitizing resistance furnace was established. And so concluded the three dementional temperature distribution in the internal region of the furnace. With the development of this research, the reality of auto controlling of the graphitizing resistance furnace and the best ascending temperature remaining in the furnace will be taken.
