提高蓄热室内气流均匀度的研究
Investigation on the Improvement of Air Distribution in Regenerator
【摘要】 阐述热风炉鼓风室内气流的流动规律 ,论述气流分布不均的主要原因 ,介绍均匀配气原理和冷风均匀配气技术。测试结果表明 ,冷风均匀配气技术动力消耗低 ,可显著提高蓄热室横截面上的送风均匀度 ,提高送风温度
【Abstract】 The flow patterns in blast chamber and the main reasons for non uniform air distribution in regenerator are discussed. The uniform blast theory and uniform cold air blast technology are introduced. It’s shown that by use of the technology more uniform air flow on the regenerator cross section and lower power consumption are realized and the blast temperature is increased.
