【摘要】 目的 :探讨冠状动脉内支架置入术对冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法 :1997年 11月至 2 0 0 0年 9月对 6 1例冠心病患者行冠状动脉内支架置入术 (ICS) ,共置入支架 82个 ,回顾分析临床成功率、疗效及并发症。结果 :手术成功率 97.6 % (80 /82 ) ,术中支架脱落 1个 ,术后 3d室颤死亡 1例。结论 :ICS对冠心病患者的临床疗效好 ,成功率高 ,但亦有个别发生严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical results of intracoronary stenting (ICS) in the treatment of coronary artery disease Methods:Eighty two stents were implanted into coronary arteries of 61 coronary artery disease patients from November,1997 to September,2000 Retrospective analyses were done on the ICS clinical success rates,clinical efficiency and complications Results:The success rate of ICS was 97 8%,excluding one case with stent dislocation and another case death owing to ventricular fibrillation after 3 days of ICS Conclusion:This report showed that ICS is a efficient interventional procedure with a high success rate and very few severe complications更多还原
