考察外省水务改革经验及对我区水务改革的探讨
Primary probing into the water affairs reform in the other provinces
【摘要】 通过对河北、河南、北京等三省 (市 )开展水务改革的情况进行考察了解 ,总结了考察市、县水务改革取得的成功经验及其成效 ,并对我区的水务改革提出建议。
【Abstract】 By investigating the water affairs reform of Hebei, Henan and Beijing, their successful experiences and effects were concluded. And on Guangxi water affairs reform work, some suggests were put forth.
