【Abstract】 A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of using yeast protein as a substitute for fish meal in diet of Clarias fuscus .From the results of performances,e g,the rate of body weight gain, feed efficiency, economic benefit and so on,it was possible to substitute yeast protein for fish meal in diet of Clarias fuscus .Appropriate quantity of yeast protein in the diet is about 10 percent (substituting about 50% fish meal by yeast protein).更多还原
