粘合衬用热熔胶全细粉的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 采用“溶涨”粉化法对聚酰胺热熔胶进行制粉 ,通过优化粉化条件 ,制得细粉 (通过 2 0 0目 )达 90 %以上。同深冷粉碎法相比 ,细粉收率高 ,胶粉的应用性能与其相当

【Abstract】 In this paper, we prepared polyamide adhesive powder by swelling and atomizing. By this means of optimizing conditions of atomizing, we may attain more than 90% fine powder (passing 200 mesh sifter). Comparing with cryogenic crush, the method of swelling and atomizing has outstanding advantage: higher rate of production and better applied properties.
