新型甲烷光纤传感器的研究
Study on a new kind of methane optical fiber sensor
【摘要】 以室温半导体激光器 L D为泵浦光源 ,通过周期性极化的铌酸锂晶体叠加 ,产生了 3.3μm连续差频光 ,使甲烷气体产生本征吸收的光纤传感器 ,实现了对甲烷气体的检测 ,检测灵敏度为 40 0× 10 - 6。具有检测灵敏度高、稳定性好、结构简单及可在线性等特点
【Abstract】 Based on two room temperature diode lasers as pump illuminant, mixed by periodically polarized LiNbO 3, a continuous wave difference frequency light is generated near 3.3μm, and intrinsic absorptive optical fiber sensor is realized by methane gas to measure methane content. The sensibility of this method lives up to 400ppm. This kind of sensor has such multitude advantages as high sensibility, good reliability, simple construct and on line measurement.
