【Abstract】 Based on the measured optical influence function matrix of 37 channel micromachined membrane deformable mirrors and micromachined adaptive optical system, mathematical expressions were deducted for controlling voltage of the micromachined membrane deformable mirror of wavefront reconstruction and compensation using models The results of simulated calculation and experiment of micromachined adaptive optical system show that the method proposed is proper and feasible更多还原
