35Si2CrVB钢簧板的高温形变热处理工艺
The Process of High Temperature Thermomechanical Treatment of Spring Steel 35Si2CrVB
【摘要】 对 35Si2CrVB钢的高温形变热处理工艺进行了研究 ,确定形变热处理工艺为 :95 0℃奥氏体化后 ,立即进行高温轧制 ,形变量ε =2 7.2 % ,迅速水淬 ,在 2 5 0 4 2 0℃范围回火 ,均能获得良好的强韧性配合。其强化机理是位错强化、细晶强化、析出强化和相变强化的综合作用
【Abstract】 The high temperature thermomechanical treatment of spring steel 35Si2CrVB has been studied and the process is determined. After austenitizing at the temperature 950℃, the steel is rolled at high temperature with 27.2 percent of deformation and quenched in water immediately. There is a good obdurability while tempering in the temperautre range from 250℃ to 420℃.The mechanism of the strong toughening can be attributed to the increase of dislocation density, refine of the grain size, disperse strengthening and phase transition strengthening.
