锌盐与α-氨基酸配合物的XPS的研究

【摘要】 研究了ZnCl2 /ZnSO4 /ZnOAc2 与α Met/His固态配合物的XPS谱。结果表明 ,配合物中Zn2 +与氨基酸羧基氧原子和氨基氮原子配位 ,His中咪唑环参与配位。Met中甲硫基硫原子不参与配位 ,这一结果与它们的IR光谱分析结果一致 ,从而推测了这些配合物的可能结构。

【Abstract】 The XPS of solid complexes of ZnCl 2/ZnSO 4/ZnOAc 2 with α-Met/His have been investigated.The results indicate that Zn 2+ coordinate with O atom of carboxyl group and N atom of α-amino.The N atom of imidazolyl also participates the coordination.While the S atom of methylthio does not coordinate with Zn 2+.This results are consistent with IR analyses.The structures of those complexes are presumed.
