一种低共熔点芳香胺环氧固化剂的初步研究
Preliminary Investigation of an Eutectic Aromatic Amine Curing Agent for Epoxy
【摘要】 选用了毒性较低的对对二胺基二苯甲烷 ( DDM)与新型固化剂二甲巯基甲苯二胺 ( DADMT)进行物理共混以得到另一种低熔点芳香胺环氧固化剂 ,并对其影响树脂系统的力学性能、凝胶特性及热稳定性的因素进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,此种混合芳香胺可延长树脂系统的使用期和提高其力学性能
【Abstract】 An eutectic aromatic amine curing agent for epoxy has been obtained by physically eutectic mix of p,p′ diamino diphenylmethane (DDM) and dimethyl mercapto methyl benzenedioomamine (DADMT). Its effects on the mechanical properties, gelation behaviour and thermal stabilities of resin system were studied. The experimental results show that the use of this eutectic mixture can prolong the pot life of resin system and improve its mechanical properties.
