转炉出钢口长寿化与挡渣出钢
EXTENDING LIFE OF STEEL TAPPING HOLE OF CONVERTER AND STEEL TAPPING BY SLAG SKIMMING
【摘要】 在攀钢 12 0t转炉应用整体出钢口及挡渣出钢技术 ,达到了提高出钢口使用次数 ,稳定出钢时间和出钢温降 ,减少下渣量和提高合金收得率的效果 ,为减轻劳动强度、稳定工艺操作、改善钢质量起到了积极作用
【Abstract】 The good results such as extending life of steel tapping hole,stabilization of steel tapping time and temperature drop during steel tapping ,decreasing slag carring over and increasing alloy recovery percent were achieved using integral change of steel tapping hole and steel tapping by slag skimming in 120 t converter at PZH Steel.The results above were of great advantage to reduce labour in tensity,stabilize operation and improve the quality of molten steel.
