【摘要】 该文报道补肾壮阳片剂有关的实验研究结果 ,表明其可提高去势大鼠的包皮腺、精囊腺 +前列腺和提肛肌的脏器系数 ,以及缩短去势大鼠阴茎对电刺激勃起的潜伏期 ;补肾壮阳片可提高正常大鼠的血清睾丸酮水平达 1 8.2 6%～ 30 .2 1 %和交配能力 ,并对氢化可的松诱发的阳虚模型小鼠的自主活动能力、体温、生殖器官指数和耐寒能力等下降症状有改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental study showed that Bushen Zhuangyang Tablet could increase the organ relative weight of praeputial gland, levator ani muscle ,seminal vesicle and prostatic gland , and shorten the latent period of penis erection induced by electric stimulation in castration rats. In addition, it could increase the serum testosterone level by 18.26%~30.21% and promote copulation in normal male rats. The results also suggested that the Bushen Zhuangyang Tablet could improve symptoms of insufficiency of Yang induced by hydrocortisone in mice , such as raising the number of paleocinetic movement ,preventing the reproductive organ weight losing and the body temperature decreasing, enhancing the cold-resistant ability.更多还原
