【摘要】 采用溶胶 凝胶法以钨粉过氧化聚钨酸的有机溶液为先驱物制备出了WO3薄膜 ,研究了不同热处理制度对其成膜性能和结构的影响 ,并进行了TG DTA、SEM、XRD测试和分析。结果表明2 2 0℃热处理的薄膜具有最大离子通道 ,其变色效应、循环可塑性最好 ,并且WO3薄膜是非晶态结构。

【Abstract】 Tungsten trioxide films were prepared from the dissolution of tungsten metal powder in an excess of hydrogen peroxide solution(30%),in the presence of ethanol and glacial acetic acid,to give peroxotungstic acid by sol gel method.The influences of different heat treating temperatures on the structure and properties of WO 3 films were studied.The analyses of TG DTA?SEM?XRD were characterized.The results show that WO 3 thin films treated at 220℃ have the best properties of discoloration and cyclic reversibility,and they are amorphous.
