中子测水在酒钢高炉上的成功应用
A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION OF NEUTRON MOISTURE IN JIUQUAR STEELWORKS
【摘要】 利用中子测水技术成功地解决了酒泉钢铁公司 1、2号高炉入炉焦炭水分波动的问题 ,并进行焦炭补偿 ,使不明炉温波动减少 ,从根本上解决了入炉焦炭水分波动对高炉炉况影响的问题 ,为高炉操作和生产提供了可靠的依据
【Abstract】 The problem of coke moisture fluctuation in No.1 blast furnace of Jiuqang steel works has been successfully solved by the neutron-measuring moisture technology and unclear furnace temperture fluctuations were apparently decreased by coke compensation, thus solving the problem that coke moisture fluctuations affect the conditions of blast furnaces and supplying reliable data for blast furnace operation and producation.
