电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析实验小白鼠骨、肝中超微量稀土元素镧
Determination of Ultratrace Rare Earth Element La in Liver and Bone of the NIH White Rats by ICP-AES
【摘要】 用外加 La量 :0、5 0、5 0 0、10 0 0 μg/ g的饲料分组喂养 NIH小白鼠 ,同时饮用含 La量 :0、2 5、2 5 0、5 0 0 μg/ m L的蒸馏水 ;喂养三个月后交配 ,孕鼠妊娠 19天后解剖 ,分析母鼠肝和骨含 La量。结果显示 :鼠肝、鼠骨中 La含量与单纯饲料外加 La量线性相关 ,且鼠骨 La量与肝 L a量之比 ,随着 L a剂量的增加从4 .4 3降到 1.5 0 ,同时每胎妊娠仔鼠数平均值从 13.6降到 9.
【Abstract】 The NIH white rats in groups were fed with the foods in which four levels of La (0μg/g, 50μg/g ,500μg/g and 1000μg/g) were added respectively.In the meantime the white rats drunk the distilled water containing 0μg/mL,25μg/mL,250μg/mL and 500μg/mL La respectively.Three month later,the white rats got mated,and were killed after 19 days pregnancy.The amount of La in the livers and bones of the female rats was determined.The result showed that the content of La in rat livers and bones have the linear relationship with that of La added to the rat foods.Furthermore,the ratio of La in rat bones to that in rat livers dropped from 4.43 to 1.50 and the birth amount of baby rat for every fetus decreases averagely from 13.6 to 9.5.
