氢化物原子荧光法同时测定痕量砷和锑
Simultaneous Determination of Trace Arsenic and Stibium with HG-AFS
【摘要】 采用氢化物原子荧光法 ,研究了用 L-半胱氨酸预还原法同时测定痕量砷、锑的方法和条件。砷的检出限为 0 .0 5μg/ L,锑的检出限为 0 .0 9μg/ L。
【Abstract】 A method for detecting trace arsenic and stibium was studied by hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry with intermittent flow sampling.Arsenic and stibium was pre\|reduced by L\|cysteine.The detect limit of this method is 0.05μg/L to arsenic and 0.09μg/L to stibium.This method is suitable for determination of trace arsenic and stibium.
