微波消化-氢化物原子荧光法测定水产品中的铅
Determination of Lead in Aquatic Samples by Microwave Digestion-|Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用微波消化技术溶解水产品 ,以氢化物 -原子荧光法测定铅 ,讨论并确定了最佳测定条件 ,结果表明 ,铅的测定线性范围为 0— 10 0 ng/ m L,方法的相对标准偏差为 1.2 %— 5.3% ,回收率为 94 .8%—10 3.5%。该方法简便、快速 ,用于水产品中铅的测定 ,获得令人满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A microwave digestion\|hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was established for determination of lead in aquatic samples.The optimum condition of determination was discussed.The linear range is 0—100ng/mL,the relative standard deviation is in the range of 1.2% —5.3%,the recovery is in the range of 94.8%—103.5%.The method is simple and rapid.It was applied successfully to determine lead in aquatic samples.
