多孔玻璃的制备及光谱研究
Study on the preparation and the spectrum of porous glasses
【摘要】 通过在酸溶液中添加不同缓冲剂 ,研究了无裂纹多孔玻璃的制备 ,实验表明不同的缓冲溶液对浸析速率没有根本性的影响 ,酸浸过程中玻璃的开裂主要在浸析的初期。用光谱仪测定多孔玻璃的紫外 可见 近红外光谱 ,对光谱透过率与浸析效果之间的关系作了定性分析。同时分析了不同温度热处理后的近红外光谱 ,结果显示加热只能除去部分吸附水 ,需要借助其它手段才能进一步脱去多孔玻璃中的水和羟基
【Abstract】 The preparation of the porous glass without cracks was studied by adding different solution into the acid solution. The results show that adding-solutions can’t influence the leaching speed radically and the fracture occurs at the beginning stage of leaching. The relationship between the transmittance and leaching effect of the glasses was discussed by measuring UV VIS NIR spectrum. The NIR spectra of the glasses were also analyzed and the results show that only a part of water can be removed by heating glass. Other techniques are needed to remove water and hydroxyl groups from the porous glass completely.
