银基金刚石复合镀层的性能研究

【摘要】 对不同含量、不同粒径金刚石超细颗粒增强Ag基复合镀层的电接触性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合镀层中金刚石粒径越小,含量越高,其强化效果越好,电磨损率越小,而对接触电阻影响不大。

【Abstract】 The electric contacting properties of Ag-based composite coatings reinforced by ultrafine diamond powders with different powder contents and dimensions have been studied systematically in this paper. The experimental results manifest that: with the powder dimension decreasing and the contents increasing, the reinforcing effect increases and the electric wear decreases, while there is almost no effect on electric contact resistance.
