【摘要】 目的：评价曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性，方法：以丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂（商品名叫：伯克纳）为对照药，采用开放性、随机对照、多中心临床试验的方法治疗过敏性鼻炎１６０例。剂量用法：曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂，鼻腔喷入，每次每鼻孔２揿，每日１次，每揿５５μｇ；丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂，鼻腔喷入，每次每鼻孔２揿，每日２次，每揿５０μｇ。疗程均为２周。结果：曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂与丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂临床疗效评价例数分别为１００例和６０例，两药临床有效率分别为８８％和９０％，药物不良反应发生率分别为１３％和１０％。以上结果经统计学处理均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray treating allergia rhinitis, a multicentre, randomized control study with (beolomethasone dipropionate nasal spray) beconase was performed in 160 patients. METHODS:Dosage: triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray, 55μg/press and nasal spray, 2 presses one nostrile once, qd; beolomethasone dipropionate nasal spray, 50μg/press and nasal spray, 2presses one nostrile once, bid. The duration of treatment was 14 days in both groups. RESULTS:The clinical response of 100 cases in triamcinolone acetonide Nasal Spray and 60 in beolomethasone dipropionate nasal spray group were assessable. The overall clinical efficacy rates were 88% and 90%. The adverse drug reaction rates were 13% and 10% respectively. There were no signiticance between two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION : Triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray is effective and safe in treatment of allergia rhinitis.更多还原
