【摘要】 头孢克肟作为第三代头孢菌素在临床上使用，本文主要以作用机制、抗菌谱、药代动力学、临床疗效作介绍。

【Abstract】 Cefixime is widely used in the treatment ofbacterial infection disease as third generation of cephalosporins. This article introduced the mechanism of action, antibacterical activity spectrum, pharmacokinetics and rational use of Cefixime.
