“劳者有其股”的现实制约因素与不确定性——与王珏教授商榷

【摘要】 本文运用现代企业理论分析了王珏教授提出的“劳者有其股”的制约因素以及强制推行所带来的诸多不确定性。就制约因素而言 ,文章认为“劳者有其股”受到了人力资本承担风险能力和谈判能力的双重制约。并且 ,“劳者有其股”的强制推行必然会带来企业效率和管理等方面的不确定性。

【Abstract】 According to the Modern Enterprise Theory,this author regards that“Laborers Having Their Shares”is unrationable.Firstly,the capability of Human Capital to undertake risks of the enterprise and to negotiate makes double restrictions.Secondly,strained implementation of the plan may result in uncertainties of efficiency and management etc.
