ETC技术及其发展
The Technology and Development of ETC
【摘要】 阐述作为智能交通系统重要组成部分的电子收费系统 (ElectronicTollCollect ,简称ETC ,下同 )的工作原理、发展状况及趋势 ,分析影响ETC系统性能的主要因素 ,介绍一种最新ETC系统的结构原理 ,提出我国必须不失时机地研发具有自主知识产权的ETC系统及其相关设备的重要性。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the principle and development of the ETC(Electronic Toll Collect),analyzes the factors that affecting the performance of ETC. And introduces a newly developed ETC system, indicates the importance of development of ETC with knowledge property right.
