【Abstract】 In order to seek a methodology of process modeling for BPR,in this paper,we present an extended workflow model with process semantic dictionary on the basis of reference workflow model provided by Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). Subsequently,the extended model is used to analyze business processes according to similarity of activities in single process and coupling of organization units between different processes,and we also introduce reengineering methods based on the results of analysis.更多还原
